ADMISSION PROCESS

PRE-PRIMARY CLASSES

The first level of admission into school is Pre Primary classes.  Admission notification will be put up on the Notice Board of school during November of every year.

Registration

Prospectus & Registration Forms will be made available in the school office. The duly filled in Registration Form along with necessary documents must be submitted within 3 working days from the date of issue. Registration itself does not guarantee admission. Incomplete Registration Forms will not be considered.

Age Criteria

A candidate seeking admission into PP-I should be between 3.5 and 4.5 years of age in the year of taking admission.

For admission in PP-II should be between 4.5 and 5.5 years of age in the year of taking admission.

ISC – Class XI

Class XI admission process begins in the month of May by issue of admission forms.

ELIGIBILITY

The candidates (Boys / girls) who have been awarded the PASS Certificate in ICSE examination.

The candidates who have been awarded a PASS Certificate in an equivalent examination conducted by other Examination boards i.e. SSC or CBSE will be decided by the Secretary of Council.

A candidate who has been thus awarded a pass certificate by another examining board (SSC or CBSE) may be admitted provisionally to Class XI of the ISC ( 11 & 12 year) course and should submit true copies of the statement of marks issued to the candidate by the examining board which will be forwarded by the school to the council. If the candidate is found eligible the Council will issue an ‘Eligibility Certificate’.

OTHER CLASSES

  • Admissions into other classes than those mentioned primarily depends on vacancies available. Registration Forms for the same will be made available in March or April.
  • Admission to Class X & XII is possible only if the previous school of study is ICSE / ISC affiliated and also the elective taken by the candidate must be the same electives offered in the school.
